It鈥檚 part of an expansive repurposing project in Charlotte鈥檚 blooming creative district. Starting June of 2018, Blythe鈥檚 contract involved installing new storm drains, water and sewage lines, and all asphalt and concrete paving for a total contract value of $3,031,000. The project marks the first in which Blythe has worked for general contractor Graycor of Charlotte.
