rude attitude and not helpful. Un willing answer the questions post by parents.

The school not encouraging teacher n parents interaction , and when my son not passing the homework n got fail for that particular assignment rated based subject , the school refer me to the school chairman who is a Dato , he emphasised that that鈥檚 the school policy in order to retain the teachers. So I finally got my son withdraw n asking for my deposit of rm5k to b refunded, however, the school refused with the reason that no 1 term notification in advance and i got it to consumer tribunal but seems, the tribunal not given me a chance at all to speak out for my withdrawal n asking for refunds n for me , she was one sided obviously to the school.
