They have an understanding of a fully commercial oriented and number focused company logic, so you feel and experience, rather than having a relationship with a school where you expect to have more common sense and sympathy, what you get is a typical bad company that have terrible after sales service, zero customer service & satisfaction policy. So, do not expect much care for your children, do not risk your children's future with such mentality.
