My experience as a teacher at Park 黑料福利社 in Portugal was profoundly disappointing due to extraordinarily high staff turnover, Lack of competent staff, lack of administrative integrity, and inadequate support. The frequent departure of talented educators disrupted the educational continuity and created a chaotic working environment. Promises made during hiring about support and professional development were unfulfilled, with a punitive management style fostering fear and insecurity. Additionally, resource allocation was poor, leaving classrooms poorly equipped and hindering effective teaching. Despite the school's polished image, the underlying issues of instability, lack of transparency, and insufficient support for teachers and students made it a challenging and disheartening place to work.

This school is honestly really bad as the students have classes in containers and have their breaks on a parking lot.
